摘要
李渔作为我国明末清初伟大的戏曲理论家,在剧本创作、场上表演、导演理论和演员培养等方面均有很高造诣。在其所著《闲情偶寄》中,他从生源选择、师资要求、教学内容、教学方式等方面对戏曲演员的培养进行了总结,提出了优待戏师、重视文化、解明曲情、规范宾白、重视经典等诸多宝贵的教学经验。这是我国古代关于戏曲演员培养最全面的论述,彰显了其戏曲教育思想的伟大价值,对今天的戏曲人才培养仍具有重要意义。
Li Yu,as a great drama theorist in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty,has a high attainments in script creation,on-the-spot performance,director theory,and actor training.In his book Xian Qing Ou Ji,he summarizes the cultivation of opera actors training from the aspects of student selection,teacher requirements,teaching content,teaching methods,etc.,and puts forward a lot of valuable opinions,such as treating dramatists well,attaching importance to culture,explaining the feelings of music well,standardizing the dialogue,attaching importance to classics,and so on.This is the most comprehensive discussion on the cultivation of opera actors in ancient China,which shows the great value of his opera education thought,and still shows great significance in today’s opera talent training.
