基于校企“五共”协同育人模式的金融科技人才培养探析 被引量:3

摘要 校企协同育人一直是应用型本科高校培养人才的主旋律,但随着金融科技的迭代发展,金融行业对人才需要提出了新的要求,各高校需要打破原有僵化的人才培养模式,以市场需求为导向,将"信息+"、创新创业能力融入人才培养中去。校企"五共"的协同育人模式即培养平台共建、培养队伍共组、培养方案共商、培养过程共管、培养质量共评,以产业学院的构建为抓手,实践课程体系构建和三创人才培养为着力点,旨在将协同育人贯穿于人才培养的全过程,实现校企双赢。 The cooperative education is the main melody of universities to cultivate talents,but as the development of Finance technology,there is a new requirement for financial enterprise in need of talents.Universities need to break the original rigid mode of talent training,taking market demand as the guidance,blend in"information+"and innovation competence into talent training.The collaborative education mode of"five Commons"between schools and enterprises,namely,the common construction of the training platform,the common formation of the training team,the common consultation of the training scheme,the common management of the training process,and the common evaluation of the training quality.To be specific,universities need to start with the construction of industrial colleges,focusing on the construction of practical curriculum system,and the cultivation of"three innovations"talents,with the aim to carry out collaborative education throughout the whole process of talent cultivation to realize the win-win between schools and enterprises.
