普惠金融对福建省农村地区经济增长的实证分析

The Empirical Analysis to Inclusive Finance on Economic Growth of Rural Areas in Fujian Province China

自联合国2005年提出普惠金融的概念以来,各个国家和地区都在大力推进普惠金融的发展。福建省依山傍海,自然资源丰富,拥有较强的经济实力,但是地区发展不均衡问题依然明显,许多金融资源都集中在较发达地区,农村地区则无法获得较完善的金融服务。以Sarma提出的IFI指数理论为基础,构建福建省2005—2019年的普惠金融指数,得出福建省普惠金融目前处于较高水平,在测度出普惠金融发展水平之后,建立福建省2005—2019年福建省农村发展的经济指标即农民人均可支配收入与普惠金融发展水平之间的回归模型,进一步分析得出普惠金融的发展对农村经济有显著影响,即发展普惠金融会促进农村地区经济增长。

Since the concept of Inclusive Finance has been put forward by the United Nations in 2005,all countries and regions have been vigorously promoting the development of Inclusive Finance.Fujian Province is close to the mountains and the sea,rich in natural resources,and has a strong economic strength.However,the imbalance of regional development is still obvious.Many financial resources are concentrated in the more developed areas,while the rural areas cannot get better financial services.Based on the IFI Inclusive Finance index proposed by Sarma,this paper constructs the inclusive finance index of Fujian Province from 2005 to 2019,and concludes that the Inclusive Finance of Fujian Province is at a high level.After measuring the development level of Inclusive Finance,this paper establishes the regression model between the economic index of Fujian Provincial rural development regions from 2005 to 2019,that is,the per capital disposable income of farmers and the development level of inclusive finance.Then,through further analysis,it draws the conclusion that the development of inclusive finance has a significant impact on the rural economy,that is,the development of inclusive finance will promote the economic growth of rural areas.
