随着我国教育事业的蓬勃发展结合"双一流"建设的新形势、新要求,来华学习的留学生数量越来越多,管理过程中出现的问题也日趋严重。在此新形势下,面对留学生管理中出现的问题、语言障碍,缺乏国际化教育经验,分散管理难度加大。指出高校应调整留学生管理与教育工作层面的对策;与时俱进创新管理理念,加强提升高校内管理人员整体素质素养,实施精细化管理方法,坚持以人为本的管理理念。

With the vigorous development of China’s education,combined with the new situation and new requirements of"double first-class"construction,the number of problems related to international students studying in China is increasing,and these problems are becoming more and more serious.In this new situation,facing the problems in the management of international students,the language barrier and decentralized management become more difficult,which is lack of international education experience.Colleges and universities should adjust the countermeasures to international students’management and education,such as keeping pace with The Times to innovate the management concept,strengthening and improving the overall quality of the management personnel in colleges and universities,implementing the fine management methods,and adhering to the people-oriented management concept.
