新时代高校青年志愿服务的“四维向度”

“Four Dimensions” of Youth Volunteer Service in Universities in the New Era

伴随着志愿服务事业的蓬勃发展,高校青年志愿者主动担当、真诚奉献、不辞辛劳的身影给公众留下深刻印象。然而,在经历快速发展阶段之后,高校青年志愿服务面临诸多新机遇与新挑战,从"价值—实践""组织—运行""联动—传播"和"评价—反馈"四个维度系统总结经验做法,提出高校青年志愿服务创新发展的实践路径,重构高校青年志愿服务新常态。

With the vigorous development of volunteer service,young university volunteers have left a deep impression on the public with their active responsibility,sincere dedication and hard work.After rapid development stage,however,university youth volunteer service faces many new opportunities and new challenges.From"value-practice","organization-run","linkage-spread"and"evaluation-feedback"four dimensions system,this article summarizes the experienced methods,puts forward the practice approaches of the universities youth volunteer service innovation and development,and reconstructs the new normal of university youth volunteer service.
