“一带一路”背景下应用型本科院校国贸专业人才培养模式构建研究

The Construction of Talent Cultivation Pattern in International Economic and Trade Specialty in Application-Oriented Colleges and Universities under the Background of “The Belt and Road”

随着"一带一路"建设持续向前推进,"一带一路"给我国的对外贸易发展带来了新的历史机遇,同时也对我国高校国际经贸人才培养提出了新的要求。传统的国贸人才培养模式缺乏针对性,已经不能满足我国企业参与"一带一路"建设对高素质、复合型、实战型人才的需求。文章通过对"一带一路"背景下外向型企业对国贸人才的素质需求和当前应用型本科院校国贸人才培养模式存在的问题进行分析,提出了"一带一路"背景下应用型本科院校国贸专业人才培养模式构建方式,以此满足"一带一路"建设对高素质外贸人才的需要,为我国"一带一路"建设的实施提供人才支撑和智力支持。

As the sustainable development of"The Belt and Road",it brings new historical opportunities to China’s foreign trade development.At the same time,it also puts forward new requirements for cultivation of international economic and trade talents in universities of China.The traditional training mode of international trade talents is lack of pertinence,and can not satisfy the needs of high-quality,compound and practical talents for Chinese enterprises participating in the"The Belt and Road"construction.The article analyzes the demand of international trade talents quality and the existing problems of the training mode of international trade,proposes the international trade professional training mode under the background of"The Belt and Road"to meet the need of high quality international trade talents for the construction of"The Belt and Road.",and provides a talent support and intellect support for the construction of"The Belt and Road".
