宝石专业人才培养方案改革探索

The Reform of Talent Training Plan for Gem Major

分析了新工科背景下,社会及产业对宝石专业应用型人才的要求,借鉴国内应用型本科院校"新工科"背景下人才培养方案改革的经验;结合宝石专业紧跟市场、国际形势变化快的特点,探讨现阶段应用型宝石本科专业"新工科"背景下人才培养方案改革的方向,重点阐述了宝石专业人才培养目标的修订、课程模块化、增加创新创业教育、搭建实训平台、拓展产教融合、职业素质教育等;制定设计符合新工科要求的体系化、持续改进、发挥学生潜能的人才培养方案。

This paper analyzes the requirements of society and industry for application-oriented talents of gem major under the background of"new engineering",and draws lessons from the experience of talent training program reform under the background of"new engineering"in application-oriented undergraduate universities and colleges in China;combining with the characteristics of gem major,following the market and rapid changes in international situation,this paper discusses the reform direction for current talent training program for application-oriented gem major undergraduate specialty under the background of"new engineering".It focuses on the revision of the training objectives of gem major,the modularization of courses,the increase of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the establishment of training platform,the expansion of integration of industry and education,vocational quality education,etc..The talent training plan should be formulated and designed systematically with continuous improvement,and the exploration to students’potential talent training program in line with the requirements of new engineering.
