认知语言学理论关照下的法律英语词汇教学研究

摘要 论述随着"一带一路"倡议的推进,我国对涉外法律人才需求变得日益迫切,提高我国法律英语教学的理论研究和实践水平对涉外法律人才的培养变得至关重要。指出在法律英语教学中,词汇的学习一直是法律英语学习者的重点和难点;从认知语言学理论角度进行的法律英语词汇教学实践研究领域尚未有比较成熟的研究成果。本文拟从认知语言学理论的视角,从三个方面探讨教师在法律英语词汇教学方面所获得的启示,以期对法律英语教学的实践有所贡献。 With the development of the Belt and Road Initiative,China’s demand for foreign-related legal talents has become increasingly urgent,and improving the theoretical research and practice level of legal English teaching in China has become crucial to the cultivation of foreign-related legal talents.In legal English teaching,vocabulary learning has always been the focus and difficulty for legal English learners.At the same time,the practice of legal English vocabulary teaching from the perspective of cognitive linguistics has not been relatively mature.From the perspective of cognitive linguistics,this paper discusses the enlightenment teachers can get about the vocabulary teaching of legal English from three aspects,with the hope to contribute to the practice of legal English teaching.
