新时代高校学生干部廉洁教育路径研究

A Study on the Path of Probity Education to College Student Cadres in the New Era

高校学生干部是在学校承担部分服务功能的特定群体,在学生入党、推荐、评优、学术、就业及奖学金发放等多个领域有一定的推荐权、话语权和影响力,部分高校学生干部利用手中的"微"权力谋取私利,进行"微权力寻租",直接影响了高校廉洁教育生态。这种行为不仅不利于大学生廉洁意识、廉洁品格的养成,损害了学校及在校师生的合法权益,同时也败坏校园文化及风气。为增强大学生干部廉洁教育实效性,高校应注重将思想政治教育体系与针对大学生干部群体的廉洁教育予以有效地结合。文章对其现实意义及融合途径进行分析,并总结出当前两者结合实施过程中存在的问题和解决方法。

College student cadres are the specific groups who undertake part of the service functions in colleges and universities.They have a certain right of recommendation,voice and influence in many fields such as student joining the CPC Party,recommendation,selection to the excellent in academy,employment and scholarship distribution.Some college student cadres use their"micro"power to seek private interests and make"micro power rent-seeking",which directly affects the clean education ecology of colleges and universities.This kind of behavior not only damages the legitimate rights and interests of the school and its teachers and students,not conducive to the development of college students’sense of integrity and integrity,but also destroys the campus culture and atmosphere.In order to enhance the effectiveness of anti-corruption education for college student cadres,colleges and universities should pay attention to the effective combination of ideological and political education system and integrity education for college student’cadres.This paper analyzes its practical significance and integration approach,and summarizes the existing problems and solutions in the current implementation process of the combination of the two.
