城市生活垃圾分类落实问题及对策研究——以福州市为例

The Study on the Implementation of Urban Garbage Classification and Countermeasures——Taking Fuzhou City as an Example

指出城市生活垃圾在分类过程中出现的问题:垃圾分类标准过于复杂,落实行动受阻;老社区宣传引导不到位,流于形式,行政干预薄弱、监督不到位;源头垃圾分类过程中监督者变成分类者,未做到真正分类等。基于此,首先阐述当前城市生活垃圾分类的现状,其次以福州市城市生活垃圾分类所存在的问题进行分析,最后针对以上问题提出对应措施,如借助已有App软件,研发语音提示分类标准,多渠道宣传垃圾不分类的危害性,树立正确的分类观,加大行政干预力度为主,多种手段为辅等,以共同维护城市环境。

In this paper,the urban garbage classification are facing some problems:the garbage classification standards are too complex,the implementation of urban garbage classification is obstructed,the old community propaganda and guiding are not enough,only by a mere formality,the weak administrative intervention and supervision,the monitors change into the classifiers in the process of garbage classification source without really classification,etc..Based on these problems,first of all,the current status of urban living garbage classification has been discussed in this paper.Secondly,taking the problems lying in urban living garbage classification in Fuzhou city as an example to make an analysis.Finally,some corresponding countermeasures are put forward aiming at the above problems,such as to research and develop classification standards with voice prompts by using existing APP software,to multi-channeled propaganda the harmness of without garbage classification,to set up the correct view of classification,to increase the intensity of administrative intervention,to use a variety of means as auxiliary,and so on with the purpose to jointly maintain the urban environment.
