新时代高校青年志愿服务去功利化的制度建设研究

随着我国迈进新时代步伐的不断加快,我国的志愿服务发展已经进入一个新的阶段。高校青年志愿服务队伍作为中国志愿服务队伍的主力军,在向纵深发展,在这一过程也出现了功利化的问题。这一问题的产生,使高校青年参加志愿服务的初衷发生了改变。本文旨在从高校青年志愿组织的制度建设出发,找出解决志愿服务功利化的对策,使高校青年志愿服务活动远离功利化,重新获得社会和被服务人员的认可,唤回青年志愿者的初心和使命。

With the rapid development in the new era,China's volunteering service has entered a new stage.As the main force of volunteer service in China,college and university youth volunteer service team is also developing in depth.In this process,the problem of utilitarian also appears.The emergence of this problem has changed the original intention of college youth to participate in volunteer service.This paper starts from the system construction of college and university youth volunteer organizations,and finds out the countermeasures to solve the utilitarian of volunteer service,so as to make college and university youth volunteer service activities far from utilitarian,regain the recognition of society and the serviced people,and call back the original intention and mission of young volunteers.
