摘要
山西大同大学外国语学院与传神翻译公司合作,引入专业的翻译实训平台Transn,在此平台上探寻符合实际的翻译教学模式。第二课堂具有灵活开放的优势,适合实践性较强的翻译课程。本研究在2016级英语专业的学生中选定70名研究对象,随机分为两组,经过十八周的翻译第二课堂训练,基本形成了科学可行的翻译第二课堂教学模式,与课堂教学相辅相成;同时,实验组表现出更强的翻译能力和自我效能感,表明基于网络平台的翻译第二课堂教学模式可以有效地提高学生的翻译能力。
The School of Foreign Languags of Shanxi Datong University has cooperated with Transn Information Technology Co.Ltd.,introducing its professional translating platform—Transn,and tried to explore an effective teaching model of translation bases upon this platform.Second-classroom teaching model has its own advantages of flexibility and openness,which is suitable for the courses with high practice,like translation.This case study takes70 English major students in 2016 grade as studying subjects.It takes 18 weeks as the studying period and secondclassroom teaching as the basic mode.After the study,an effective second-classroom teaching mode has been developed,which is the complement to in-classroom teaching.Meanwhile,the experimental group shows a stronger ability and higher self-efficacy in translation,which indicates that the second-classroom teaching mode based upon Internet platform can fully hence the translating ability of the students.
