课程思政视阈下中医药院校教师胜任力模型构建研究

摘要 目的:探讨课程思政视阈下中医院校专业课教师胜任力及其作用机制。方法:通过对C中医药大学22位专业课教师的深度访谈,运用扎根理论进行分析,构建了思政认知、个人特质、知识素养以及业务实践的中医药专业课教师胜任力及其作用机制模型。结论:思政认知、个人特质和知识素养对课程思政的业务实践有显著的影响。 This paper attempts to construct a competency model and mechanism of action for the main teacher group of professional course in University of TCM from the perspective of ideological and theories teaching in all course.Through in-depth interviews with 22 teachers of professional courses in University of TCM,Based on the analysis of grounded theory,this paper construct a competency model of ideological and political cognition,personal characteristics,knowledge quality and professional practice and its mechanism of action of main teacher group of professional course in University of TCM.It is found that ideological and political cognition,personal traits and knowledge quality have a significant impact on curriculum ideological and political practice.
