中药产业转型升级背景下“双师双能型”教师队伍建设路径思考

Construction Path of Double-Qualified and Double Capable Teachers Under the Background of Transformation and Upgrading of Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry

中药产业的转型升级对高校人才培养提出了更高要求,顺应数字化、智慧化转型升级和多产融合的中药产业发展趋势,组建一批“双师双能型”教师队伍是培养现代中药产业应用型人才的重要支撑和保障。结合我校产教融合实践经验,本文提出以“四有”教师发展理念为目标,以“三驱”建设策略为重点的新模式,以期为全国中医药院校开展“双师双能型”教师队伍建设提供参考。

The transformation and upgrading of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)industry has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents in universities.In order to comply with the development trend of the digital,intelligent transformation and upgrading and the integration of multiple industries in the TCM industry,it is important to establish a group of"double-quality and double-capable"teachers to cultivate the application-oriented talents in the modern TCM industry.Combined with the practical experience of the integration between industry and education in our university,this article proposes a new model with the goal of"four-possessions"teacher development concept and the focus on"three-drive"construction strategy,in order to provide a reference for the development of"double-quality and double-ability"teacher team in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities across the country.
