高校班级思政委员的设置不仅有利于落实立德树人的根本任务、贯彻党的群众路线,也有利于加强对青年大学生的政治引领。高校班级思政委员作为高校开展思想政治工作的有生力量,兼具思政教师教学的“小助手”、辅导员日常工作的“小帮手”、班级日常思政工作的“小能手”三重角色。推进思政委员角色实现需要树立思政委员的角色意识、培养思政委员的角色素养、推进思政委员的角色实践。

The establishment of ideological and political commissioners in colleges and universities is not only conducive to the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,the implementation of the Party's mass line,but also conducive to strengthening the political guidance of young college students.As an effective force in carrying out ideological and political work in colleges and universities,the ideological and political commissioners in colleges and universities have three roles:the"little assistant"of ideological and political teachers'teaching,the"little assistant"of counselors'daily work,and the"little expert"of the class's daily ideological and political work.To promote the realization of the role of ideological and political commissioners,we need to establish their role awareness,cultivate their role literacy,and promote their role practice.
