三全育人视角下“共建式”研究生党建引领模式的探索与研究

Exploration and Research on the Leading Model of"Co-Construction"Postgraduate Party Building from the Perspective of Three All-Round Education

为落实立德树人的根本任务,全面贯彻党的教育方针,我们需要在教育教学的整个过程中把思政工作贯穿其中,实现全员、全方位、全过程育人格局。当前,一些高校在党建工作建设过程中仍有一个值得探讨的问题是——如何将研究生的党建工作与人才培养、教育教学等有效融合。通过中药炮制与制剂研究生党支部的案例,在三全育人的视角下,构建“共建式”研究生党建引领模式,通过“研究生-本科生”“导师-学生”“学科交叉”“校企合作”四大环节共建,探索研究生支部有效共建联动机制,旨在打开研究生党支部多元共建、优势互补、共融共促的“共建式”引领党建工作新局面。

In order to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people and comprehensively implement the party's education policy,we need to run ideological and political work through the entire process of education and teaching,and finally realize the work system of"three perfections of educating people":all-staff,all-round and whole-process.At present,there is still a problem worth exploring in the process of party building work in some colleges and universities-how to effectively integrate the party building work of graduate students with talent training,education and teaching.Through the case of the party branch of the postgraduate students in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine and the preparation,under the perspective of the three all-round education,the"co-construction"postgraduate party building leading model is constructed,and through the four major links of"graduate-undergraduate","tutor-student","interdisciplinary"and"school-enterprise cooperation",the effective co-construction linkage mechanism of the postgraduate branch is explored,aiming to open up the new situation of the"co-construction"of the postgraduate party branch's diversified co-construction,complementary advantages,and mutual promotion of the party building work.
