线上线下融合的法理学教学创新模式研究

摘要 新时代背景下将法理学课程的教学目标设定为“知识传承、思维培养和精神塑造”,还需要注重培养学生马克思主义的法律观、引导学生树立社会主义法治观和法治信仰、培育学生对社会主义法治的情感认同和价值认同。对标教学目标,采用线上线下教学的无缝对接和深度融合,秉持“以学生为中心”的教学理念,构建“多元融合的探究式”法理学教学创新模式。“多元”是指教学方法、教学场景、教学评价的多元。“融合”是指教学与信息技术的融合、教学与思政元素的融合。“探究式教学”是指教学设计以激发学生的探究式、自主性学习为目的,通过不断的教学创新,解决法理学教学中的问题,实现课程建设高质量发展。 Under the background of the new era,the teaching goal of jurisprudence course is set as“Knowledge inheritance,thinking training and spirit molding”,it is also necessary to cultivate the students’Marxist view of law,to guide them to establish the socialist view and belief of the rule of law,and to cultivate their emotional and value identification with the socialist rule of law.In accordance with the teaching goal,this paper adopts the seamless connection and deep integration of on-line and off-line teaching,holds the teaching idea of“Student-centered”,and constructs the innovative teaching mode of“Multi-integration and inquiry”jurisprudence.“Pluralism”refers to the pluralism of teaching methods,teaching scenes and teaching evaluation.“Integration”refers to the integration of teaching and Information Technology,teaching and ideological and political elements integration.“Inquiry-based teaching”means that the teaching design aims at stimulating students’inquiry-based and autonomous learning.Through the continuous teaching innovation,solve the problems in jurisprudence teaching,to achieve high-quality development of curriculum construction.
