摘要
目的:探讨“手工+仪器”互补验证式(HICV)教学模式在临床生物化学检验技术中的实施效果。方法:选取福建医科大学2018级、2019级、2020级医学检验技术专业256名本科生作为研究对象,采用自身对照的方式,通过问卷调查分析评价HICV教学模式改革成效。结果:试验组学生对生化分析仪各模块知识的掌握程度均高于对照组,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生在手工实验操作各方面水平提高显著,在学习兴趣、自学能力、岗位胜任力等方面也有所提高。结论:HICV教学模式改革有助于学生更好地掌握生化分析仪的知识技能,促进手工操作水平的提高,同时激发实验学习的积极性,获得了本科生的好评。
Objective:This paper discusses the implementation effect of"hand+instrument"complementary verification(HICV)in the course of Clinical Biochemical Laboratory Technology.Methods:256 undergraduate students majoring in medical laboratory technology from Fujian Medical University in 2018,2019 and 2020 were selected as research objects,and the reform effect of HICV teaching mode was evaluated through questionnaire survey analysis and self-control.Results:The students in the experimental group had a higher degree of knowledge of each module of the biochemical analyzer than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the students in the experimental group improved significantly in all aspects of manual experimental operation,and also improved their learning interest,self-learning ability,and post competence.Conclusion:The reform of HICV teaching mode helps students better master the knowledge and skills of biochemical analyzers,promotes the improvement of manual operation level,and stimulates the enthusiasm of experimental learning,which has been well received by undergraduates.
