中医院校后期临床教学思政教育体系建设探讨

摘要 后期临床思政教学规划不完善、临床带教教师重视度不高、教学内容和方法单一、缺少思政教学效果评价等问题,是目前大多数医学院校的临床人才思政教育工作的欠缺之处。本文以中全国高等中医院校本科后期临床教学为切入点,从完善师资队伍建设、优化教学设计、丰富教学内容和改进思政教育评价标准等方面探讨如何建设较为完善的后期临床思政教育体系,以期提高医学临床思政教育成效。 Problems such as imperfection teaching plan of the ideological and political education of the latter clinical teaching,less attention of clinical tutors,single teaching content and method,and lack of teaching effect evaluation are the reasons why the ideological and political teaching in most medical colleges is not going well.This paper takes students of college of traditional Chinese medicine as example to discuss how to construct a complete ideological and political education system of latter clinical teaching,so as to improve the efficacy of medical ideological and political.We mainly discuss from the aspects of optimizing the teachers,optimizing instructional design,enriching the teaching content and completing the evaluation criterion of the ideological and political education.
