体育强国视域下学校体育“健康第一”指导思想的演进反思与实践探索

Reflection and Practical Exploration on the Evolution of the Guiding Ideology of"Health First"in School Physical Education from the Perspective of Sports Power

为了有效解决学校体育的问题,加快体育强国建设,运用文献研究和逻辑分析等研究方法,在建设体育强国的战略背景下对学校体育“健康第一”指导思想的演进历程进行反思。研究认为“健康第一”指导思想在爱国教育中对青少年自下而上的情感反馈不足,在运动实践中对青少年体育精神的外在展现不足,在学校体育中对青少年健身育人的本质体现不足,需要向“健身育人,体育强人”指导思想探索性转变,充分发挥学校体育的育人和强人功能。并通过落实“健康第一”,凸显“全面健康”,尊崇“立德树人”,践行“健身育人”,推进“体教融合”,实现“体育强人”等方式进行实践,以期助力学校体育发展和现代化体育强国建设。

In order to effectively solve the problems of school sports and speed up the construction of a strong sports country,this paper uses the literature research and logical analysis to reflect on the evolution of the guiding ideology of"health first"in school sports under the strategic background of building a strong sports country.According to the research,the guiding ideology of"health first"is insufficient in the bottom-up emotional feedback of teenagers in patriotic education,insufficient in the external display of teenagers'sports spirit in sports practice,and insufficient in the reflection of the essence of teenagers'Fitness Education in school sports.It needs to make an exploratory change to the guiding ideology of"health education and sports strength"to give full play to the functions of school sports in educating and strengthening people.And through the implementation of"health first",highlighting"comprehensive health",respecting"moral education",practicing"fitness and education",promoting"integration of sports and education",and realizing"strong people in sports",we hope to help the development of school sports and the construction of a modern sports power.
