基于名老中医查房的中医经典临床教学模式构建与示范

Construction and Demonstration of A Clinical Teaching Model of Traditional Chinese Medicine Classics Based on Ward Rounds of Famous Veteran TCM Doctors

摘要 以名中医查房为先导,构建“查房前推送待查病例-查房中翻转课堂-查房后思维导图总结”的中医经典临床教学模式,帮助学生夯实中医经典理论基础,培养自我学习能力,提升中医经典临床思维与临证思辨能力,坚定中医专业自信。同时因教促学,师生共同进步,提升青年教师的中医经典素养,也为后续中医经典师资储备人才,实现“老-中-青”传帮带及中医经典传承。 Based on the ward rounds of famous traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)doctors,a model featuring pre-ward round case presentations,flipped classroom teaching during ward rounds,and mind map summarization after ward rounds was developed.This mode aims to strengthen students’theoretical foundation of TCM classics,cultivate self-learning abilities,enhance their clinical thinking of TCM classics,and help them think more critically and analytically in clinical practice and build confidence in TCM.Besides,learning through teaching can encourage both teachers and students to progress together and improve young teachers’understanding of TCM classics.Therefore,this teaching model can also serve as a reserve of TCM talents in TCM classics for future generations,achieving the goal of“older-middle-aged-young TCM practitioners”mentorship and promoting the inheritance of TCM classics.
