中医药高校班级作为大学生学习和生活的基本单位,是面对教育环境新形势、新情况、新问题最直接的场所。新时代背景下,中医药高校班级的人员构成和管理方式发生了深刻变化。以“以中医药文化育人”方式来加强学生班级的管理和建设,进而着力提升班级的凝聚力,激发班级学生的认同感、使命感和归属感,使学生班级成为推动学生教育管理发展的重要部分,推动中医药人才建设,进而继承和推广中医药文化资源。

As the basic unit of College Students’study and life,college classes of traditional Chinese medicine are the most direct place to face the new situation and new problems of educational environment.Under the background of the new era,profound changes have taken place in the composition and management of classes in universities of traditional Chinese medicine.Strengthen the management and construction of student classes in the way of"educating students with traditional Chinese medicine culture",so as to improve the cohesion of classes,stimulate the sense of identity,mission and belonging of class students,make student classes an important part of promoting the development of student education and management,promote the construction of traditional Chinese medicine talents,and then inherit and promote traditional Chinese medicine cultural resources.
