基于成果导向理念的药剂学课程多元化考核改革

摘要 本文从相关行业企业调研入手,确定药剂学课程的教学目标。围绕“成果导向、持续改进”的教育理念,将项目式教学法、思维导图、小组合作学习等教学手段融入考核改革的过程,设计了多元化考核的考核改革方案。结合实践及改进情况,并对问题和改进措施的进行了梳理和分析。 Based on the investigation of related industries and enterprises,this paper determines the teaching objectives of pharmaceutics.Project-based teaching,mind map,group cooperative learning and other teaching methods were integrated into the process of assessment reform.The"N+2"assessment reform scheme of diversifi ed assessment was designed.The problems and improvement measures were analyzed based on practice and improvement.
