摘要
教育与生产劳动相结合是我党历来坚持的教育方针。早在1934年毛泽东同志就把“教育与生产劳动联系起来”列为中华苏维埃政府文化教育总方针的主要内容。而当今的实际中,却不同程度地存在“劳动教育在家庭中被软化,在学校中被弱化,在社会中被淡化”的社会现象。从这一问题出发,在庆祝中国共产党建党100年之际,本文探寻建党百年来劳动教育的演变过程,结合不同时期劳动教育的实践情况,分析其在党的教育方针政策中的功能定位,准确把握劳动教育的发展规律,为新时代高校培育合格的社会主义建设者和接班人提供理论与实践启示。
The combination of education and productive labor is the educational policy that our party has always adhered to.As early as 1934,Chairman Mao listed"linking education with productive labor"as the main content of the general policy of culture and education of the Chinese Soviet government.However,in today’s reality,there is a social phenomenon of"labor education being softened in the family,weakened in the school,and watered down in the society"to varying degrees.Starting from this question,on the occasion of commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,this article explores the evolution of labor education in the past century,combining the practice of labor education in dif ferent periods,and analyzes its functional positioning in the party’s educational policies.Grasp the law of development of labor education,and provide theoretical and practical enlightenment for the cultivation of qualifi ed socialist builders and successors in colleges and universities in the new era.
