工匠精神融入设计专业“金课”建设研究与实践

摘要 由于设计创作的自由性、师生心态浮躁、教育标准同质化、教育模式趋同等深层次原因,导致当下高校设计专业的教育中缺乏对工匠精神的重视和培育。本文以OBE教育模式为指导,对工匠精神培育进行精细化、模块化梳理,并通过实践项目的系统训练,突出培养学生的洞察力、探究力、掌控力、责任心,系统科学构建设计专业“金课”实践训练模式,通过多层次协同训练,帮助学生增强工匠精神,高效提升学生专业能力和素养。 Due to the freedom of design creation,impetuous mentality of teachers and students,homogenization of educational standards,convergence of educational models and other deep-seated reasons,there is a lack of attention and cultivation of craftsman spirit in the education of design majors in colleges and universities.Under the guidance of OBE education model,this paper elaborates and modularizes the cultivation of craftsman spirit,and through the systematic training of practical projects,highlights the cultivation of students’insight,inquiry,control and sense of responsibility,systematically and scientifically constructs the practical training mode of golden course of design major,through multi-level cooperative training,to help students enhance"craftsman spirit"and improve students’professional knowledge,ability and accomplishment efficiently.
