疫情常态化背景下对中医学生专业认同教育的思考

Reflection on Professional Identity Education of TCM Students under the Background of Normalization of Epidemic Situation

中医药院校加强中医学生的专业认同感对人才培养机制、专业思想教育、职业规划教育等方面起到举足轻重的作用。在疫情常态化背景下,中医药院校要充分挖掘疫情防控中鲜活宝贵的教育资源,结合中医学生目前专业认同现状,从专业情感教育、专业氛围塑造、实践渠道拓展、专业责任使命四个层面探索中医专业认同教育的提升策略,为中医药事业输送医技与医德兼有、坚定专业认同、担负时代使命的中医药人才。

Strengthening the professional identity of students in TCM colleges plays an important role in the personnel training mechanism,professional ideological education,and career planning education and so on.Under the background of normalization of epidemic situation,TCM colleges should fully tap the valuable educational resources in epidemic prevention and control in terms of professional identity education.Moreover,TCM professional identity education need explore the promotion strategy with the current situation from four aspects:professional emotional education,professional atmosphere shaping,practice channel expansion,professional responsibility mission.Therefore,TCM colleges can provide the talents with both medical skills and medical ethics as well as the fi rm professional identity to take the era mission of the development of traditional Chinese Medicine.
