摘要
中医药服务贸易在共建“一带一路”国家和地区中取得显著成效。在构建新发展格局背景下,中医药服务贸易对人才队伍提出了新的要求和考验。本文以共建“一带一路”视角,探讨转变人才培养模式、扩大队伍规模对解决当下中医药服务贸易的现实意义,并提出转变培养理念、扩大人才规模,探索联合培养模式、提升人才质量,发动社会力量、整合人才资源,建设创新高地、激发人才活力等对策建议。
Under the background of constructing the new development pattern,the service trade of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has put forward new requirements and tests to the talent ranks.From the perspective of“Belt and Road”,this paper discusses the practical significance of changing the training mode and enlarging the team size to solve the current trade in traditional Chinese medicine services,and puts forward the idea of changing the training mode and enlarging the talent size,explore the joint training mode,improve the quality of talent,mobilize social forces,integrate talent resources,building a new plateau,stimulating talent vitality and other countermeasures.
