基于知识产权保护角度探究高校图书馆数字资源建设问题

On the Construction of Digital Resources in University Libraries from the Perspective of Intellectual Property Protection

随着信息资源数字化的迅速发展,高校图书馆数字资源建设如同构建了一个无形且有序的图书、文献资料等各种作品数字资源的共享空间。高校图书馆为高校师生提供信息资源服务的同时,面临着数字资源建设、文献资源共享又不损害著作权人权利的挑战。通过从知识产权保护角度对高校图书馆数字资源建设存在的问题进行分析,探究其解决的方法,从而使高校图书馆数字资源建设、高校师生充分获得信息资源和著作权人积极创作处于良好的协调状态,为高校图书馆数字资源建设营造更好的知识产权保护环境。

With the rapid development of the digitization of information resources,the construction of digital resources in university libraries is like building an invisible and orderly sharing space of digital resources for books,documents and other works.While university libraries provide information resources services for university teachers and students,they are faced with the challenge of digital resources construction and document resources sharing without harming the rights of copyright owners.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of digital resources in university libraries from the perspective of intellectual property protection,and probes into their solutions,so as to make the construction of digital resources in university libraries,the full access of university teachers and students to information resources and the active creation of copyright owners in a good coordination state,so as to create a better intellectual property protection environment for the construction of digital resources in university libraries.
