高校艺术生心理健康状况分析及干预对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了获取多样化的研究成果,本文对高校艺术生心理健康状况及干预对策进行了深入分析。将某一所艺术高校中大一、大二、大三的艺术生作为被试对象,将MHT即《心理健康诊断测验》一书作为本次测验的工具,通过问卷形式对被试对象进行调查,并对全体高校艺术生心理健康状况、心理健康状况性别上的差异、心理健康状况年级上的差异分别进行分析。综合分析结果提出有针对性的干预对策,包括高校需要定期开办家长学校,帮助家长调整对自己子女的期望值;构建良好的心理教育环境,包括社会环境、家庭环境、班级环境、整体学校环境;建立健全高校心理健康教育机构,如心理咨询室、心理治疗机构等,在未配置高校心理健康教育机构的高校中积极为其配置符合高校规模的心理健康教育机构;在已配置高校心理健康教育机构的高校中需要对该机构进行整改和完善。 In order to obtain diversified research results,this paper analyzes the mental health status of art students in Colleges and Universities and the intervention countermeasures.In this paper,the freshmen,sophomores and juniors of an art college are selected as the subjects,and the MHT(Mental Health Test)is used as the tool of this test.The subjects are investigated by questionnaire,and the mental health status,gender differences and grade differences of all art students in Colleges and Universities are analyzed respectively.The results of the comprehensive analysis put forward targeted intervention countermeasures,including the need for regular parent schools in Colleges and Universities to help parents adjust their expectations of their children;the construction of a good psychological education environment,including social environment,family environment,class environment,the overall school environment;the establishment and improvement of college mental health education institutions,such as psychological counseling room,psychotherapy institutions,etc In Colleges and Universities that have set up mental health education institutions in Colleges and Universities,they should actively allocate mental health education institutions in line with the scale of colleges and universities;in Colleges and Universities that have allocated mental health education institutions,it is necessary to rectify and improve the institutions.
