高级财务管理课程案例教学模式探索

高级财务管理课程是财会专业在高年级开设的专业核心课程,该课程具有很强的理论性与应用性。针对传统教学过程中存在的各种问题以及市场对财会人才的实际需求,从案例教学的前期准备、过程组织、考核方法设计等方面展开研究,将案例教学模式贯彻整个教学流程,以此来带动学生课堂参与的主动性,提升学生对理论知识的实际应用能力。为验证该模式的有效性,进行连续3期的教学效果调查,结果显示该教学模式能够取得较好的教学效果,具有实际应用价值。

Advanced financial management course is the core course of finance and accounting major in senior year,which has strong theoretical and practical.In view of various problems existing in the traditional teaching process and the actual demand of the market for accounting talents,studies the preliminary preparation,process organization,assessment method design and other aspects of case teaching,and implements the whole teaching process of case teaching mode,so as to promote the initiative of students’participation in the class and enhance their practical application ability of theoretical knowledge.In order to verify the effectiveness of the model,three consecutive teaching effect surveys were conducted.The result shows that the model can achieve better teaching effect and has practical application value.
