摘要
本研究从粤港澳大湾区中医药高地建设背景出发,基于中医学人才培养的视角,系统梳理了湾区医教协同机制构建存在的困境、关键问题与实施路径,从政策、资源、组织三个方面的初步构建了医教协同机制,通过回顾和分析广州中医药大学在机制构建中探索与实践,发现该机制有助于聚集高校、医院、地方政府等的主体活力,提升人才培养质量。
Based on the background of the construction of traditional Chinese medicine highland in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,and from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine personnel training,this study systematically combs the existing difficulties,key problems and implementation path of the construction of Medical Education Collaborative Mechanism in the bay area,and preliminarily constructs the Medical Education Collaborative mechanism from three aspects of policy,resources and organization.Through reviewing and analyzing the exploration and practice of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese medicine in the construction of the mechanism It is found that the mechanism helps to gather the main vitality of universities,hospitals and local governments,and improve the quality of personnel training.
