校训作为学校文化的重要组成部分,体现了一所学校办学理念与历史传统,彰显了大学精神内涵和价值追求,是推动高等医学教育内涵式发展的重要环节。对医药院校校训文化建设现状进行检视,发现其存在以同质化现象突出为代表的一系列问题,需要从基本内涵、时代潮流、个性特色等方面进行完善,高度重视校训的践行,发挥应有作用。

School motto embodies the school’s educational philosophy and historical tradition, highlights the connotation of university spirit and value pursuit, and is an important link to promote the connotative development of higher medical education. It is found that there exist a series of problems represented by the phenomenon of homogeneity, which need to be improved from the aspects of basic connotation, trend of the times, and personality characteristics. After the establishment of the school motto, the practice of the school motto should be attached great importance to and play its due role.
