摘要
以西北农林科技大学土木工程专业为例,经过分析和总结班主任约谈学生的记录,针对影响大学生专业学习的主要因素,以大学生思想行为特征阶段性演变为出发点,提出四种具有现实意义的思想工作方法:召开班会,倡导学生自主学习习惯;巡查宿舍,体察学生生活状态及同学关系;开展活动,培养积极向上学习心态;个别谈心,消除影响学业负面情绪。这对班主任从思想教育层面提高大学生的学业生涯规划能力,提高专业教育的质量,有十分重要的意义。
Taking civil engineering major at Northwest A&F University as an example, the interview records between head teacher and students are analyzed and summarized. Taking the stage evolution of college students’ ideological and behavioral characteristics as the starting point, four practical methods of ideological work are put forward: holding class meetings to promote students’ autonomous learning habits;inspecting dormitories and observing students’ living conditions and classmate relationships;carrying out activities to cultivate a positive learning attitude;talk to each other individually to eliminate negative emotions affecting academic performance. These have great significances for the head teacher to improve the ability of college students’ learning plan and the quality of professional education.
