On the Leading Role of the Spirit of the Master of Chinese Medicine in the Ideological and Political Work of the Hospital for Interns

本文就如何发挥思想政治工作优势,促进中医院国医大师对医院实习生执业精神的引领作用展开讨论。首先阐释国医大师精神的内涵及其在医院实习生中发挥其引领作用的意义,其次分析医院思政工作的现状及存在的问题,最后提出实现国医大师精神引领作用的具体路径。

This article discusses how to give full play to the advantages of ideological and political work and promote the role of traditional Chinese medicine masters among interns in leading the medical practitioners’ professional spirit.Firstly,we explain the connotation of the spirit of the Chinese medicine master and the significance of its leading role,secondly we analyze the current situation and existing problems of the ideological and political work of the hospital,and finally put forward the specific path to realize the spiritual leadership of the Chinese medicine master.
