基于就业导向的藏医学专业学生人才培养研究

Talent Training of Tibetan Medical Students Based on Employment Orientation

本研究以某省藏医学专业本科学生和藏医院藏医医生为对象,采用《藏医学专业学生自我认识及就业意向调查表》和《基层藏医院对藏医医生职业素质要求调查》表,对230名在校藏医学专业学生和66名基层藏医院医生进行调查,了解藏医学专业学生对自身的认识以及就业意向、基层藏医院对藏医医生职业素质要求,探讨基于就业导向的人才培养研究。结果显示:①藏医院等卫生部门是藏医学专业学生首选的就业方向;②不同年级的学生的就业月薪期望值具有显著差异,高年级期望月薪高于低年级;③不同年级学生在《藏医学专业人才培养方案》了解程度、课程设置和教学方式满意度上具有显著性差异;④优秀的藏医生应该具有优秀的职业素质(专业素质、道德素质、社会交往、学习和创新能力、心理素质、身体素质等);⑤应届毕业生应该着重培养专业素质、社会交往素质、学习和创新能力以及心理素质。

The research takes Tibetan medicine undergraduate and Tibetan doctor in one province as an example.It is tested on 230 students by using the questionnaire about the employment intention and self-recognition of Tibetan Medical Students,and 66 Tibetan doctor by using the questionnaire about the occupational quality of Tibetan doctor,to understand the employment intention and self-recognition of Tibetan Medical Students and the occupational quality of Tibetan doctor,and then,to discuss Talent training of Tibetan medical students based on employment orientation.The results show that:①The health departments such as Tibetan hospitals are still the preferred employment direction for most Tibetan medical students.②The expected Monthly salary of senior is higher than that of Junior.③Students of different grades have significance difference in the talent training program of Tibetan medical students,course arrangement,teaching method.④Excellent doctors should have excellent professional quality,including professional quality,moral quality,Social Communication,learning and innovation,psychological quality,and physical quality.⑤Graduating students should focus on the cultivation of professional quality,Social Communication and learning and innovation.
