“双轨合一”模式下针灸推拿专业硕士研究生课程调整设置学生自我需求研究

A Survey of Curriculum Provision for Acupuncture-Tuina Professional Master Basing on One Joining Together of Double-Track Model

住院医师规范化培训与研究生学位培养合并("双轨合一"),研究生培养面临课程设置调整,本文从研究生自身需求出发,围绕课程设置定位、临床、科研、中医基础几大模块设计问卷,通过"问卷星"软件设计,微信发放问卷,调查学校针灸推拿学专业研究生。结果显示课程设置需以实用性、技术性为主;需要加强课程模块分值排列为:中医临床>中医理论>科研>西医学。各模块课程中按照分值排名较前排序,中医临床课课程部分:中医针灸推拿临床操作>中医临床思维>四诊与辨证>中医内科;中医基础理论课程部分:中医经典专著>针灸推拿经典专著;科研模块中论文撰写>文献检索>统计;西医学部分:西医基础>西医内科>辅助检查。结论表明双轨合一模式下针灸推拿专业研究生更喜欢针灸推拿专业临床技能及提升临床诊疗的相关课程,本研究结果可为决策者提供一定参考。

The policy of standardized training of residents(STOR)and academic degrees education(ADE)for professional master studention needs to be implemented in stem(One joining together of double-track model).The adjustment of curriculum provision has become a urgent question for decision-maker.The survy is designed using Questionnaire Star software among object location,foundation of clinical,scientific research and traditional Chinese medicine basing on student self-demand,and the questionnaire was disseminated to acupuncture-tuina professional master student by Weixin social software.Results showed that the object location needs to focus on practicability and technology,and the values of curriculum module ranked as traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinic>TCM theory>scientific research>western medicine.In each module,the results of acupuncture-tuinan clinical skills>TCM clinical thought>four diagnosis and syndrome differentiation>TCM internal medicine in TCM,TCM classics>acupuncture and moxibustion classics in TCM theory,paper writing>literature research>statistics in scientific research,and foundation course>internal medicine>auxiliary examination in western medicine were showen.Results imply the courses of acupuncture and tuinan clinical skills and relative TCM or western courses which could improve the skill were deemed to more importance for acupuncture-tuina professional master students in the one joining together of double-track model policy,which may give advice to policy-maker.
