摘要
基于扎根理论进行调查研究是一种质性研究方法,它体现的是从行动者视角理解社会互动、社会过程和社会变化的中心思想。通过深度访谈和逐级编码过程,探究学术型硕士研究生科研能力影响因素及其作用路径。研究发现,学术型硕士研究生科研能力受研究生主体、学术参与、教学培养、科研环境4个维度的因素影响。在此基础上构建了学术型硕士研究生科研能力提升的框架模型。
Investigation and research based on Ground Theory is a qualitative research method,which embodies the central idea of understanding social interaction,social process and social change from the perspective of actors.The influencing factors and role paths of scientific research ability of academic postgraduates are explored through in-depth interviews and step-by-step coding process.It is found that the scientific research ability of academic postgraduates is affected by factors of four dimensions such as postgraduates subject,academic participation,teaching and training as well as scientific research environment.On this basis,a framework model is constructed for academic postgraduates to the improve their scientific research ability.
