摘要
智慧学习环境下,高校教师角色和胜任力要求发生变化,教师的教学模式和教学方法等方面也发生了变化,急需建立相适应的评价指标体系。该体系作为衡量教师胜任力的主要工具,对于教师胜任力要素缺口的把握及能力提升等具有重要意义。依据高校教师智慧教学胜任力模型,确定了包括特质动机等5个一级指标和责任心等24个二级指标的胜任力评价指标体系,并结合使用德尔菲法与层次分析法确定指标权重。
In the smart learning environment,the role and competency requirement of college teachers have changed,and the teaching mode and teaching methods have changed too,so it is urgent to establish a suitable evaluation index system.As the main tool of measuring teachers’competency,the evaluation index system is important to grasp the gap of teacher competency elements and improve teachers’competency.Based on the smart teaching competency model for college teachers,this paper constructs a competency evaluation index system which includes 5 first-level indexes such as trait motivation and 24 second-level indexes such as responsibility and so on,and determines the index weight by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.
