立式双面数控键槽铣专用机床夹具设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对后桥总成在卧式双面键槽铣专用机床上加工两端键槽的工艺要求,依据后桥总成的结构特点,设计制造了一种能够适应多种后桥总成零件、安装方便的专用夹具,满足了后桥总成两端键槽同时加工的工艺需要。该夹具采用后桥总成两端V型液压定心夹具定工件中心高、中间上下浮动前后浮动的大法兰平面定角向、中间两爪内胀大法兰内孔定轴向的定位夹紧方式,有效保证夹具定位的可靠性、安装工件的方便性和夹紧的安全性。经实践验证,该夹具设计合理,提高了生产效率,达到了设计预期效果。 In view of the process requirements of machining the keyways at both ends of the rear axle assembly on the horizontal double-sided keyway milling special machine tool and the structural characteristics of the rear axle assembly,a special fixture which can adapt to a variety of rear axle assembly parts and easily to be installed is designed and manufactured.It meets the process needs of simultaneous machining of the keyways at both ends of the rear axle assembly.The modified fixture adopts the V-shaped hydraulic centering fixture at both ends of the rear axle assembly to fix the center height of the workpiece,the large flange plane floating up and down in the middle,the fixed angle direction of the front and back floating,and the fixed axial positioning and clamping mode of the inner hole of the expanded flange in the middle two claws.Such design can effectively ensure the reliability of fixture positioning,the convenience of installing the workpiece and the safety of clamping.The practice shows that the fixture design is reasonable,the production efficiency is improved,and the expected effect of the design is achieved.
