减速箱差速器行星轮圆柱销失效分析

摘要 通过分析差速器的工作原理,对行星轮圆柱销及行星轮的连接关系进行简化,并简化为滑动轴承的连接关系,这种连接关系符合滑动轴承的承载能力特性,即PV值的约束,试验了该减速箱差速器能够承受的PV值,探索该差速器的最大PV值,并使用该PV值进行整车控制,从而避免以后整车工况中再次发生失效,并得到纯电动减速箱差速器行星轮圆柱销失效的过程及解决方案。 By analyzing the working principle of the differential,the connection relationship between the cylindrical pin of the planetary gear and the planetary gear is simplified,and simplified to the connection relationship of the sliding bearing.This connection relationship conforms to the bearing capacity characteristics of the sliding bearing,that is,the constraint of the PV value.Tested the PV value that the gearbox differential can withstand,explored the maximum PV value of the differential,and used the PV value to control the whole vehicle,so as to avoid recurring failures in the whole vehicle working conditions in the future,and obtain pure The process and solution of the failure of the cylindrical pin of the planetary wheel of the electric gearbox differential.
