发动机正时系统智能装配的算法应用

摘要 动力总成的正时系统是一套极其精准复杂的气门控制系统,有精准的装配要求,允许的误差不超过12度。针对目前手工装配和检查的现状,上汽通用的工程师自主设计了自动正时装配设备,通过算法确定正时位置,可节省人力,提高装配精度,误差控制在7度以内,不仅可带来经济效益,同时也提高了产品质量和产能。 Powertrain timing system is an extremely precise and complex valve control system.It has strict assembly requirements.The allowable tolerance does not exceed 12 degrees.Based on the problems of manual assembly and inspection,the automatic timing assembly system is designed by the GM engineers.The timing position is determined by the algorithm,which can save manpower and improve assembly accuracy.The error is controlled within 7 degrees,which not only brings economic benefits,but also product quality and capacity.
