摘要
针对一款干式双离合器自动变速器产品,对其有动力升档工况控制过程进行分析,针对偶发的换档过程中轴系抖动问题,从控制策略端采用微滑摩控制及Offg离合器分阶段控制的方法进行优化,经过实车验证,采用的方法对能够起到良好的效果,提高了有动力升档性能。
A dry dual clutch transmission product was researched. The process of power on upshift was analysised. In order to solve accidental shaft speed oscillation issue during power on upshift process. The micro slip control and offgoing clutch phased control was adopted. The vehicle verification results show that the new control strategy is helpful to improve the shift quality of power on upshift.
