摘要 随着作为传统无菌制剂的药品包装材料的玻璃容器产品逐渐被塑料安瓿容器取代,吹灌封技术逐渐兴起,本文主要对吹灌封一体机的灌装技术展开研究,分析灌装系统的结构和灌装方法,对灌装系统的灌装精度进行试验,用试验数据证明达到了预期设计要求,验证了系统可靠性。 With the continuous innovation of the pharmaceutical industry and the increasing concern of the society for drug safety,as a traditional sterile pharmaceutical packaging material,glass container products are facing great challenges and will gradually be replaced by plastic ampoule containers.Gradually rising.This article mainly focuses on the blow-fill-seal integrated machine Research on filling technology,analyzing the structure and filling method of the filling system,testing the filling accuracy of the filling system,using test data to prove that the expected design requirements have been met,and system reliability has been verified.
