摘要
针对纯电动汽车开发两挡机械式自动变速器,设计换挡执行机构与两挡自动变速器控制系统,通过变速器控制器与驱动电机控制器协同控制完成变速器换挡、调速、同步动作。搭建试验台架,通过负载电机模拟整车负载,验证换挡执行机构工作性能,对协同控制工作状态进行调试。将两挡变速器本体与控制系统安装到真实车辆进行实际道路测试,验证两挡变速器匹配试验车辆的加速能力、最高车速,测试实际道路运行的换挡时间与换挡质量。
In this paper,the control system and shift actuator are designed for the two-speed AMT of electric vehicles.Through the coordinated control of TCU and MCU,the shift,speed regulation,and synchronous action are completed.Using the test bench,in which a load motor simulates the vehicle load,the performance of the shifting actuator and the cooperative control are verified.The transmission and control system are installed on the target vehicles in order to test the authentic dynamic performance and shifting control.
