摘要
湿式双离合变速器中离合器扭矩传递模型的精准度将直接影响其控制效果。本文通过建立包含粘性扭矩和粗糙扭矩的湿式双离合器扭矩传递模型,分析温度及主从动盘转速差对离合器扭矩传递特性的影响,并将其嵌入到搭载湿式双离合器的整车模型中,研究了扭矩传递特性变化对车辆换挡品质的影响。仿真结果表明粘性扭矩对整车的换挡品质有较为显著的影响,尤其温度变化时更加显著。
The accuracy of the toque model in wet dual-clutch transmission will directly affect the clutch control effect.This paper establishes the torque transfer model of wet dual-clutch transmission including the hydrodynamic torque and asperity torque and studies the influence on the clutch torque characteristic of the ATF temperature and the clutch relative speed.And then,the torque transfer model is embedded into the vehicle model equipped with wet dual clutch transmission and the influence on the shift quality of the torque transfer characteristic is studied.Through the comparison and analysis of simulation results,it is concluded that the hydrodynamic torque has more significant effect on the vehicle’s shift quality,especially with the temperature change.
