加快推进长春公主岭同城化协同发展的路径研究

Research on the Path to Accelerate the Coordinated Development of Changchun Gongzhuling’s Urban Integration

同城化是在区域经济发展过程中,通过城市间不同层次的整合,打破城市之间的行政分割、破除地方行政壁垒,促进区域市场、产业、基础设施一体化,从而提高区域整体竞争力的一种发展战略。2019年1月,长春公主岭同城化发展正式提上日程。加快长春公主岭同城化发展进程可从如下五个方面入手:一是规划引领,计划搭台,统筹协调发展方向;二是成立同城化发展基金,为同城化发展提供资金支持;三是产业协同,促进经济发展;四是基础设施一体化,夯实协同发展基础;五是公共服务一体化,提升共享水平。

Urban integration means in the process of regional economic development,through the integration of different levels of cities,a development strategy to break the administrative division between cities,break down the local administrative barriers,and promote the integration of regional market,industry and infrastructure,so as to improve the overall competitiveness of the region.In January 2019,the urban integration development of Changchun and Gongzhuling was officially put on the agenda.To speed up the process of the urban integration development of Changchun and Gongzhuling,we can start from the following five aspects:first,plan to lead and build a platform,and coordinate the development direction as a whole;second,establish the urban integration development fund to provide financial support for the development of urban integration;third,industry coordination to promote economic development;fourth,infrastructure integration to consolidate the foundation of collaborative development;fifth,public service integration to improve sharing level.
