浅谈家园共育中存在的问题及策略

A Brief Discussion on Problems in Home-Kindergarten Education and Strategies

家园共育强调家庭与幼儿园共同参与、互相合作,形成合力促进幼儿的全面发展。目前,家园共育仍存在一些问题,应从引导家长积极参与、构建新型家园关系、丰富家园共育活动、提高教师专业素养等几方面,优化家园共育策略。实现幼儿园与家庭的教育优势互补,满足幼儿健康成长的需要。

Home-kindergarten education emphasizes the participation and cooperation between families and kindergartens to form a joint force to promote children’s all-round development.At present,there are still some problems in home-kindergarten education,and strategies should be optimized from aspects such as guiding parents to participate actively,building a new home-kindergarten relationship,enriching home-kindergarten activities,and improving teachers’professional quality,so as to realize the complementary advantages of kindergarten and family education and meet the needs of children’s healthy growth.
