高校学报提升服务能力的思考

Reflections on the Service Ability Improvement for University Journals

高校学报是学术成果的重要载体。通过分析当前高校学报存在的问题,提出提升学报服务能力的基本思路,如提升编辑团队能力、完善学术评价体系、拓宽发表渠道等,并结合实际案例,提出找准学报定位、加强栏目策划、加强数字化建设、加强与作者和读者的互动、加强国际学术交流、建立完善的反馈机制等措施。

University journals are important carriers of academic achievements.By analyzing current problems existing in university journals,this paper puts forward basic ideas to improve the service ability of these journals such as improving the ability of the editorial team,improving the academic evaluation system,and broadening the publishing channels.It also combines with practical cases and proposes to find out the positioning of journals,strengthen the column planning,the digital construction,the interaction between authors and readers and international academic exchanges,establish a perfect feedback mechanism,and so on.
