摘要
为进一步推动教师教育协同创新工作开展,探索未来教师教育创新模式,东北师范大学本着目标一致、同心协力、资源共享、合作同赢的原则,搭建了EUGS教育家成长共同体实践平台,对促进教师专业成长、创新教师职后培训方式具有重要价值与意义。
In order to further promote the collaborative innovation of teacher education and explore the innovation model of teacher education in the future,Northeast Normal University has built the practice platform of EUGS Educator Growth Community based on the principles of the unity of purpose,concerted efforts,resource sharing and win-win cooperation,which is of great value and significance for promoting teachers’professional growth and innovating their post-service training methods.
