“新师范”视域下卓越英语师范生教育见习的本土化路径探索——大学英语见习助教制的设计与实践

摘要 “新师范”着眼于培养“高素质、专业化、创新型”卓越教师,但英语专业常规教育见习难以实现“新师范”的人才培养目标。为此,基于地方高校卓越教师培养计划,以“新师范”开放性、跨学科性、协同性为指导,设计并探索实践卓越英语师范生“大学英语见习助教制”,旨在实践英语专业教育见习的本土化路径,解决中小学教师发展学校教育见习的难题,提升卓越英语师范生教育见习质量。 The“New Normal Education”focuses on the cultivation of“high-caliber,professionalized,and innovative”excellent teachers,but English major’s conventional educational probation is hard to achieve the goal of talents cultivation of“New Normal Education”.Thereby,based on the excellent teachers cultivation program of local colleges and universities and guided by the openness,interdisciplinarity and collaboration of“New Normal Education”,the“College English Probation Assistantship”has been proposed and practiced to practice the localization paths of English major’s educational probation,solve the problems of the educational probation development for primary and secondary school teachers,and improve the educational probation quality of excellent English normal students.
